Reflections on natural enviroment.
I strive to design work that is aesthetic, functional, and informative with a focus on installation and lighting design. My work incorporates medical imagery, fractals, and the perception of neuroatypical diagnosis inspired by growing up with a sibling with autism in rural central Florida. This juxtaposition between control and chaos, diagnosis and understanding, and understanding and compassion, is expressed through layering of portraits and medical scans, legal documents and landscapes from my Florida home. These images were fixed into cube lamps reminiscent of my time studying Corbusier at the University of Florida.
